We recommend the newly opened Strategic Division for students in their first year, who are just beginning their journey of university. In a friendly and supportive environment, you will learn the foundations of case solving and strategic thinking in business through workshops and personal mentoring.
Each member is required to attend at least 3 professional events during the semester. If you are thinking of starting the case track and participate in international case competitions, or have an ambition in pursuing a career in consulting, this is your place to start.
Members will have the option to choose at least one team to help out during the semester, however they can also change teams during it, after a period of two weeks spent at one team. Members, after completing their first academic year at the university, will have the option to switch to the Case Track Division.

At CCTC, we offer you two divisions, tailored to your experience and growth path: the CT and the SD. The Case Track Division is for students who have completed Applied Business Economics (Alkalmazott Közgazdaságtan), or enrolled into Cases on Business Economics or Cases on International Business Strategy.
Here, you will learn advanced problem-solving skills, as well as the little tricks that make a difference during a competition. You will acquire these skills during our professional events. Presence at a minimum of 4 events is required for each member during the semester.
Additionally, each member of the Case Track is required to be a part of at least one of the teams for the semester, giving you the opportunity to further develop your ability to work in teams on various fields. You have the option to be a member of multiple teams at once, as well as switching teams in the next semester.
Workshops
In order to excel at every aspect, our workshops teach you the tools and techniques used at international case competitions – everything from strategy-creation, financial analysis to slide design. Led by experienced members, every session is informative and interactive to ensure continuous development.
Mentoring
Every semester members have the opportunity to participate in our mentoring program. Throughout the semester, you have the option to get a personal mentor, supporting you through your journey in the organisation. It is a mix between guidance, feedback, and friendship that helps you grow with confidence.
Diploma
After completing a set of criteria during their four-semester tenure in the student organization, member students are awarded the CCTC Diploma to acknowledge their efforts and accomplishments in the organization. We take pride in precise and meaningful work, which the CCTC diploma represents and symbolizes.
Regular Social Gatherings
We believe that amongst professional development opportunities it is essential for students to have fun. That’s why we create a social events plan at the beginning of each semester, outlining regular fun activities throughout the semester, providing all kinds of entertainment opportunities for members. We have anything from chill pub nights and cozy game evenings to bigger outings, such as hiking trips, laser-tag, or the CCTC Camp. Each program is a chance for members to relax and meet others from different teams. Whether you are an old or new member, the fun is guaranteed!
